I bought a DNNCam/DNNNode prior to the release of the Boulder AI Platform, how can I get my device up to date?

Unfortunately, if a device is flashed with any L4T Jetpack package (Ubuntu) then it will not be visible by the Boulder AI Platform. Please contact support to determine the best solution to update your device firmware.
