What are the default network settings of a DNNCam or DNNNode?
By default, the network configuration will be:
- Hostname: 'baidnn-<serialNum> '
- For devices with BAI OS v1.4 and earlier, the hostname will just be 'baidnn'
- IPv4 DHCP: Enabled
- Link Local Addressing: Yes
When searching for the device using a network discovery tool, the MAC address will be labeled as 'Nvidia'.
